Dream Big Children's Center interview questions

Three-step interview process, questions relating to past experience and compassionate care. Questions relating to challenging scenarios/how you would respond in similar situations. Communicated updates through email and phone call. Took about 1 week

Interview was held as a group. It was very uncomfortable having to sit with four other strangers and listen to the same questions being asked of everyone. Not a good use of time. It would have been a better experience if the group was asked to work together to answer a series of questions. The interviewers seemed annoyed with certain candidates and even stopped typing their answers to questions.
