Two rounds - one telephonic by the hr dept. & another technical, conducted by a panel of 3. The hr of the kolkata office [salt lake] was supposed to schedule me up for another round [a machine test]. The date/time were well agreed by both of us.Or so I thought. But just the day prior, the hr girl sent me a mail, stating that it had been cancelled because of some supposed very urgent work going on in there. ??? Since then, haven't heard from the lot anymore. I don't know what to say and how to rate this laughable bunch. The consensus out on the streets and among the crowd says very clearly that the interview procedure of this 'company' is as much a joke as are the panelists and the hr themselves; quote a ridiculously cheap low compensation rate by today's standards no matter how well suited you are, and you'll get hired instantly, that's all. This company is about a lot of drama.
