Question 1
How would you handle a challenging situation with a student?
Got an email and called in for a phone screen. Hiring manager said that she will follow up in a week - did not hear from them again. Word of advice: Don't go into the interview blind. Know the experience of your candidate. And don't ghost, it looks bad on you and the University.
