I filled out the online application for Drexel University and about the next week I got an e-mail to see when we could talk for a phone interview. On the day we had scheduled for the interview, about 50 minutes before the time I was scheduled the woman called and apologized for being a few minutes tardy ( I think she must have had our interview time on her calendar an hour early). I was available then, so I didn't say anything and just went about doing the interview early. We spent about 20 minutes talking about the position and made sure I would be willing to travel as this is a key responsibility of admissions. Towards the end of the interview, we discussed the salary for the position as well as the work location and potential hybrid work. She shared that the next step would be with a team via Zoom and I would be contacted within the next couple of weeks. About 3 and a half weeks later I received an e-mail from HR that another candidate was chosen.

Called me for a phone interview. The hiring manager talked about soo many random this other than the actual position. Said they would reach out in a week for the next steps but never did. No follow up or anything. Very misleading
