Interviewed in three parts: phone interview with position's supervisor, in-person interview with position's reports and other departmental directors, in-person interview with position's supervisor.
Recommended - be extremely careful before accepting a position here. No one is going to answer your question about company culture with, "Well, there's a lot of pressure, some hazing, frequent conflict that escalates to the next level of managers, and a lot of people getting asked to resign or be fired."
Severely regretted taking this job, but it was impossible to know that there would be little to no investment in new hires, a supreme sense of mid-level staff being expendable, frictional interdepartmental politics, gaslighting tactics, student prejudice in administration, and the termination of 3 new hires within their first five months.
Interview process does not do enough to give you the information you need before you decide to accept or decline the job offer. Do your research and please do not leave something good for this place. It is better to be patient.
