Very informal phone interview -- discussed the role in-depth and the expectations;
I will caution anyone applying: They are looking fro someone who can sink 40+ hours in on the regular and are not flexible for anyone with child care needs. When mentioning, as a single father, I would have to be out of the office to pick up my daughter before daycare closed when I have her, even open to working a bit more when I got home, recruiter started to backpedal and say that this job may not be for me.
In addition, the salary range for the position was about 40% less than what the current Nashville market has set for Project Managers. So, combine the extreme under-compensation, the location of downtown Nashville, and the lack of flexibility for parents -- I can only recommend this company to someone who may be straight out of college and has no regular/static time commitments
