Bad interview experience with HR. 1 round: conversation with hiring manager, which was pretty good. 2 round: online technical assessment, which went well too. 3 round: case study with 2 stakeholders, which was really hard. The problem is, there was supposed to be a HR call between round 2 and 3 in order to provied some guidance about round 3. However, I tried my best but could not get in touch with my recruiter. Finally he told me he forgot the call and he thought it was some time later, but I already finished the 3 round interview when I finally received his email response. He told me to wait for feedback but he ghost me for weeks again. Then another recruiter reached out to me telling me she will take over my application. She told me I still have 1 round interview to go and she would like to give me some instructions. I went totally confused and double checked with her. Then she told me there was something wrong with me record, she found that I already finished all the interviews and asked me to wait for feedback AGAIN. I try to contact her in the following week and still haven't got any response yet. I think I failed the final round interview but it will be better if HRs could be more professional to HELP candidates but not WASTE candidates' time.
