I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Driven Brands in Oct 2024
Interview
A Driven Brands recruiter reached out to me and expressed interest in my experience and wanted to interview me further. We had a great conversation, and the recruiter said that I exceeded all of the qualifications and their expectations. She also said she wanted to move me through to the next stage of interviewing. She claimed they would let me know in a few days, but after a week they did not reach out. I sent a follow-up email a few days after our initial interview to thank her and see if she needed any additional information...she never responded. Then I reached out a week after our interview, to touch base, express my interest, and to follow up on the next stage of the interview process...silence again. Basically, this company does not value your time, and doesn't find it necessary to actually communicate. Don't reach out and express a deep interest if you are going to ghost them mid process. Have the courtesy to tell someone if they aren't moving forward in the process. I would be wary of this company based on their numerous negative reviews, and the experience I had. Also, just want to point out that they were bought by a private equity company and are performing wayyyy below expectations. You should avoid jumping on a sinking ship.
