Recruiter screening call (15 mins) - phone screen (30 mins with hiring manager) - onsite Sydney HQ office w/ hiring manager and teammate. Additional onsite w/ engineering leadership, followed by 3 days of deliberation before a verbal offer.

Interview
First Interview - Fairly straightforward chat about past expereince, motivations, and values.
Second Interview - Technical orienated, testing knowledge of subjects such as design principles, materials selection, basics of overload and fatigue failure, influence of material thermal properties on design, heat transfer topics.
Third Interview - Again fairly straightforward chat orientated around testing motivation, values, work eithics and vision to drive the business.
Interviews were very well organised and communicated clearly, commuiniucation was punctual, and questions were quite fair and reasonable
