Just did the initial interview to see if there was a good fit for the company/culture/position. Would have been two more interviews, one technical whiteboarding session then one with the CEO. First interview was fairly informal and conducted with the aim of seeing if strengths/interests alligned which I think was effective in establishing that they didn't. Seems like a very interesting company working on taking off the start-up training wheels and removing tech debt, quite well financially situated as well and at a good point to get in.
