It was surprisingly inconsistent, it took them a couple of months to get everything stated, then I had like 5 interviews in a single week and then it was over.

Two engineers joined to interview me, no HR screening phase which was such great experience. I was asked on what I know about Drone Shield and my work experiences. After that, they deep dived into my understanding in application software development.

Had the interview via teams chat with 2 engineers. Started the interview by asking how much do I know about droneshield which I'm not entirely familiar, Then asking past experience with work, while I was totally transparent the interviewers started to attack me by questioning my transparency saying I shouldn't be this transparent and if i quote "this is a small industry and everyone knows each other". Afterwards I was told that my background doesn't match this role and in order to not waste everybody's time they're going to find a role that matches and ends the interview. The next day I was told that I'm not progressing to the next stage.
