I got interview by the Lead. He seems not fully knowledgeable on the process in the manufacturing industry. He dont know some proper terms that being used in the manufacturing and keep saying “what is that?” and “I dont understand what you are saying”. If you been working in the electronics manufacturing area for years, you should easily understand the proper terms and terminologies. He seems insecure.
