Started with a sterile application form with excessively detailed questions (more information than is necessary in an application) and no freedom to add free text. They provided no way to discuss the role prior to applying: "Just read the description and apply." The role description didn't actually cover the key skill that was discussed in the I/V and was the reason given for not progressing.
