Interview
1. Had a phone screen (they reached out to me through linkedin)
2. Came on site for a case study/portfolio review with 2 designers
3. Came back on site for a 5 hr session that included a portfolio review presentation with 10 designers, a white-boarding exercise, a portfolio deep-dive with 2 more designers, coffee with designers and an all around with a design manager
Interview process started with a recruiter call, next was a hiring manager call, portfolio review + cross-functional interviews, followed by a final hiring manager call - overall very positive and straightforward experience!

I had an initial call with HR and then a 1-hour portfolio review with the lead designer.
It has been more than four months, and they’ve never gotten back to me, not even an automatic email.
This is very disappointing because I thought Dropbox was a decent company.
