I am currently waiting to see if I get an offer and wanted to share my experience regardless of the outcome.
DropBox has an amazing interview process. I was amazed at the quality of people DropBox has pulled together over the past 4+ years. Everyone I met with genuinely cared about making sure DropBox was a good fit for me and I was for DropBox. Each of the interviews was exciting and made me think. The questions were fun, fair and I never felt like I was caught completely off guard. The team responded to follow up emails and has kept me in the loop during the whole debrief/decision process. I just wanted to share that I had a great experience interviewing at DropBox. In fact it was much better than other interview experiences I have had at other high profile tech startups in the Silicon Valley.

Interview
One phone screen with the hiring manager, and one in-person day. In-person day included one on one's with members of the team and a presentation to a panel. One on one questions were geared towards past experience and culture fit. The presentation was free form, and on a topic relevant to the position.
