Got a message through Linkedin from a recruitor who said she was interested in my profile. Everything was quick, I got an email after saying yes I was interested in opportunities to set up an interview time. The format of the interviewing process was 3 phone interviews and then an offer. It was confusing because I didn't apply, so I wasn't sure what position I was even trying to get. I got past the 3 phone interviews and then not offered a position.
