Applied online and received interview request the next day by an outbound sales associate/HR person. They use a strange recruiting software where you don't communicate with them directly or personally--it's done through a system. The interview was slated to last 30 minutes and was given an overview of how to prepare. I found the interviewer to be incredibly awkward and unresponsive over phone. He asked two questions "What interests you" and "How should we improve DB" with little interpersonal skill or tact; call lasted under 10 minutes. Was given no information about next steps or hiring timeline, although in one email he stated "feel free to reach out if we haven't contacted you in 1-2 days." Did that twice and no response. Seems like this company has a shoddy internal structure, particularly when it comes to recruiting entry level
