I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Drury Hotels (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2014
Interview
At first there is a phone interview, then an in person interview and finally skype interview (maybe because I lived out of state). After that, an offer was made, I asked for more than was offered and was given a little more.
Easy and professional style interview. Most questions were geared towards hospitality and sale. My previous job was already working for the hotel which I think helped me with interview process.
