This process was honestly all over the place. The person I was supposed to interview with cancelled last minute but didn’t say anything. So I showed up and no one knew what was going on. So kind of a fail in my book.

The interview process was very relaxed. I was taken you some chairs in the back of the salon and we reviewed my resume and the interviewer asking some basic questions about my experience and interest in the field. I was then asked back for a follow up interview where I would shadow another bartender.
