I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dräger (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Initial phone screening was simple, and they just asked about my resume. Next there was a face to face with the engineering manager, then i met with an electronics engineer and a mechanical engineer. Then i had to do a psychological evaluation online. Once i completed all of that, i was brought in for a 'panel interview' where I gave a presentation of my work history in front of a group of engineers, managers, and HR. I was never really asked anything too hard though, and the whole process took a long time but was not stressful.
Had an initial phone screen with Engineering Manager. Followed up by on-site interviews. First, with two senior mechanical and electrical engineers. Then with the Engineering Manager and the Director of Hardware.
