I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DuPont (State College, PA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Very straight forward and completely technical. All STAR type questions like “What is an engineering problem you overcame and how?” Or something similar to that. No formalities, no nothing. Aslong as you have that in check you’ll probably get a call back.

Question 1
“What’s an engineering problem you overcame and how?”
Se hace una entrevista con manager con preguntas básicas y es tu oportunidad de mostrar lo que has hecho, tu experiencia y por qué serías bueno en el rol. No se necesita tanta experiencia
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont (Richmond, VA) in Dec 2024
Interview
There was only one interview with 3 engineers for the role. There were 4 questions. The questions were behavioral and geared toward my technical background and experiences. It lasted only around 30 minutes.
