I applied to this job through an internal job posting. Informational interview was followed by my manager calling the hiring manager and recommending me for the job. I got a face-to-face interview, as well as two other folks, 4 weeks after the informational interview. My manager thought I would be promoted into the job, but someone else had a more competitive experience background thus resulting in me not getting a job offer.

Interview
Applied on online took a couple weeks got a call from the hiring manager. Hiring Manager did 20 min screen. Was invited to do a face to face. Face to face was very well structured. Did a tour of the facility, then a 4 person panel interview of STAR model interview questions. Then a final interview with hiring manager. Interview was thought out very well structured. Ended up not getting an offer but they did a good job doing the interview and asked good questions.
