I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DuPont (Wilmington, DE) in Apr 2016
Interview
1 Phone interview asking questions about my resume. Went through prior research and why I thought I could be strong in the role. Asked me other leadership opportunities I've had and education experience. Was notified next week that I was offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont (Palo Alto, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Met directly with the person who would become my mentor and talked about my background and experiences in addition to football. Very relaxed. Each mentor interviews their candidates individually so each experience is likely very different. First I had brief phone interview and was then asked to meet in person at the Dupont Industrial Biosciences campus in Palo Alto where I received a tour and did a more extensive personality interview.
