I had applied to the job around March and heard back very late around June, the rep asked when I would be available for a phone interview and I said today would be fine. They called back 3 hours later and commenced with the phone interview....standard questions..why do you want the job..examples of strs/weaknesses..examples of leadership...2 weeks later I received a call about scheduling a panel interview with the tax team I'd be working with..when I arrived I first interviewed with the HR rep again, practically the same questions as on the phone..more examples pertaining to when I encoutnered a problem and such...then the interview with the team practically had no qeustions at all for me..but a chance for me to ask them questions
