I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DuPont in Oct 2018
Interview
I just finished the campus interview so no decision so far. The interview is generally very nice since I'm well prepared . Just a reminder that as for PhD students, don't be distracted by the reviews online . You should focus more on your research rather than behavioral questions. The interviewer is very professional, so don't make stupid comments on any scientific things. Try to show you creativity, accomplishments, instrumental skills and collaboration just like you did in conferences, the conversation will go smoothly. I don't want to say the interview is easy since you have spend a lot of time on research presentation, not just making stories for the behavorial Qs.

Not much. Since problem-solving, leadership and collaboration were already addressed by me while introducing my research.
Very smooth. It started with a technical presentation of my doctoral research, then followed by several 1-on-1 interviews with research scientists, and also those on the manufacturing plant that I will likely work with if hired
