A bit drawn out but overall an easy process. Difficult questions but they all had a lot of substance. Asked some behavioral questions as well. Phone interview first and then later in person interview in Wilmington.

Fue bastante bueno, te llaman y tienen bastante atención al buscarte, solo que si tardan un poco luego en contestar despues de la entrevista, pero primero te buscan de talento humano y despues te contactan directamente con el equipo del país u oficina que apliques.

Non-technical role. Fit background and purpose to the job. Two rounds, one with direct supervisor and then with the leader of the division. Straightforward process that took about two weeks.

Very standard interview process. You should expect behavioral questions and be ready to talk about yourself. Conducted a phone interview before an in-person interview. over all it was pleasant experience.
