Most people start out as a temp with Kelly Services. Interview was smooth and relaxing, both as a temp and as I became a full time employee. Only thing I do not understand is if someone is working in an area as a temp and their manager tells them to apply for an open position, WHY do we have to do a phone interview still before the face to face interview with the manager you are currently working for? Makes absolutely no sense and is a complete waste of time! They already know what kind of worker you are so how is the recruiter going to be of any help what-so-ever with letting the manager know something he/ she doesn't already know about the person that is currently working for then as a temp? Some of the things this company does is just mind-boggling! I sometimes wonder who is coming up with these rules and policies because anybody with common sense knows half if it makes absolutely no sense.
