I applied online in June.
I didn`t get any feedback but the automated reply.
Out of the blue, at the beginning of November, I got a phone call from HR, caller ID was hidden. I usually do not answer anonymous calls, but that time I did. Unfortunately, mobile coverage was really bad, and after a quick and slightly confusing chat, I got invited to a conference video call.
The Video call was nice and friendly, nothing too unusual, typical kind of questions about past experiences and examples.
I assume I did a decent interview because the following day I got contacted by another employee to test my language skills. Chat was not too long, but very friendly. This employee started the conversation saying " I understand that they want to offer you the job" and said goodbye telling me that he looked forward to working together.
At that point, I had the impression that I was going to receive a nice call within a short time.
I was wrong.
After a week I sent an email to get an update, (as I had told them, at that time I was waiting for an offer from another company and I would have appreciated a quick reply from Dupont) They came back to me pretty fast, telling me that they were still evaluating other candidates, so the position was not yet closed and provided with some info that I had requested during the interview.
I was then expecting some kind of feedback sooner or later, but I never got one ( two months have already passed so I doubt I will ever get one)
I can`t say I was positively impressed by how the recruiting process was managed.
