I was referred by a friend for this interview. There were 4 rounds of interview and one one online aptitude test. HR Round: They ask little bit of compliance related questions and give you a scenario based on your judgement on that scenario they move to the next round. Online apptitude: Basic written and online test Ops Round: Questions and scenarios based on team managing VP Round: observation on stability and final decision on hiring
