Initial round was an aptitude test , then scheduled interview with Hiring managers After all 45 minutes unwanted questions with hiring manager she added another manager to the meeting and then he started telling about third party role, what he wanted was he was not ready for direct role, he was pushing me to accept the third party role. I am really not sure why they didn't inform that in first instance , after wasting so many hours they were very concerned about the role, simply explaining the good sides of third party role 😡 If they are not hiring directly, they should mention that in job post ... Simply wasting candidate's time ...
