No preliminary interviews, only one phone call with the co-op recruiter, who was also an engineer at the company. Roughly three weeks later I received a call offering me the job.

It was good overall. Most of the questions were based on previous experiences in a group work. It was mostly a behavioral questions, not much of a technical questions. They have questions form already.

What was the most difficult conflict in a group work and how did you solve the conflict?
I applied through on campus recruiting and got an interview a couple days later after turning in resume and cover letter. The interview lasted for half an hour and they were all behavioral questions. It is a fair interview for most of the prepared candidates. The position I applied is in MO and I think the person conducted our interview was also an engineer.
