Interview
Phone interview first. Then on site interview scheduled for a whole day with 4 interviewers 2hrs each and a lunch break in between. Lunch was provided by company and interviewers part of the team were present for lunch outside the company which was great.Each conducted their own process their own ways with diffrent methods of interviewing, including theoretical and practical questions and answers needed to be explained on the board.Profesional refferences were important.

1) Background information about the company and background information about each interviewer. 2) Introduction about yourself (Background experiences (i.e., Educational /work experiences etc.)) 4) Employers will ask questions in three rounds one by one: technical questions, questions in regard to your past experiences etc. 5) Question time for employee
