The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont in Feb 2012
Interview
Initially applied for the position in November. Got a call in January asking if I was still interested. No response for a while. Then got called for a phone interview the same week. Interview lasted about an hour, and was mostly behavioral. Very little communication for about a month after that. Was contacted over 30 days later, asking if I was still interested, then extended offer.
Recruiter was very nice.
