The interview process for me took 4 months to be completed. I even went down to the office one day, and then they informed the interview was cancelled.
Interview process consisted of a written round (situational questions), then with a junior HR round, technical round with manager, final HR round and final round with Center lead of the company.
For fresher role they just concentrate on basics like P2P, PR to PO , and language proficiency.
And for vendor master role they make sure you handle pressure .
If you have any internships it is a very good added advantage
