One round of on-grounds interviews. The interview atmosphere was pretty relaxed, heavily behavioral, with questions about teamwork and leadership, followed by a short marketing case. They responded fairly quickly with decisions. Overall the interview process was enjoyable, and I felt like they were really trying to determine whether or not I would be a good fit with the company.
