Asked about 35 question in a phone interview. Then had a face to face interview where the same questions where asked again.There is a personality test that asks about your driving style and a lot about how you get along with others.
Interview became a full 8 hour day process which was a pain because all you're guaranteed out if it is some pizza. Didn't get hired on first round but was told I made the hiring pool for their next round. Only took 18 months for them to officially hire me after the interview
