3 person interview including sales manager, current inside sales rep and tech support. Standard interview, nothing overly technical or challenging. The interview centered around my experience in past position and how I could apply these skills to new role.

Explain a challenging work related situation you encountered, and how you overcame it.
Very easy when going the contractor route. Because DuPont is a big company I had the impression that this interview process would be extensive and maybe even a challenge however I was wrong. I had 1 onsite interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Very clique and typical questions.
