I applied twice, once the company put a hiring freeze on the position and the second time I was offered the job. In both situations, the company and hiring managers were extremely professional, responsive, open to negotiations, and sensitive to my situation. HR notified me of a one hour phone interview with the hiring manager, then (in the second situation) I flew out for an in-person interview (1/2 day). The office space was very light and open, with plenty of amenities, and happy-looking workers.
