Multi step interview including written testing oral interview and a practical skills test. Highly competitive. Approximately 2000 applicants at a time. First your resume is screened, an invitation is extended to take that written test, if your written score is acceptable an offer to attend the panel interview is given. After the panel review was a practical skills test.
