Process was slow. I applied to the position in March, and received an interview request by email almost 3 months later. I interviewed in office with 3 other individuals. All behavioral, and past experiences, Nothing too technical. I felt if nothing else I showed to be a solid candidate. They said it could take up to 3 weeks for feedback or next steps. I had sent my thank yous, followed up multiple times since then and have heard no response. It’s been now 3 months and zero feedback or follow up. I understand that companies do this all the time, but that doesn’t make it right or make it a norm candidates should get used to. Companies that “ghost” like this shows a lack of professionalism. People deserve feedback or at least a generic email rejection.
