      Business Development Interview

      Aug 25, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Charlotte, NC
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Duke Energy (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2021

      Interview

The process was somewhat unstructured. In the first interview, I was given 30 minutes to talk about myself. At the beginning of the interview, I was given a verbal contract of whether I would be offered a second interview. The interviewer offered no questions or feedback.during the 30 minutes. After being offered the second interview, I was told that HR would provide a personality assessment that needed to be completed before the second interview. That assessment was provided a week after the interview, and I was told that they were not offering the position to me. All questions in the second interview were situational questions.
