Very long, and drawn out, including comprehension, math, and psychological exams. But the part that really caught my attention was that a majority of the people I put down as references wrote to me and said that the form they had been asked to fill out was so ridiculous that they thought it was a spammer doing data collection on them. I actually suspect a couple of them didn't do it due to that. Their processes definitely seem far behind the times, and that is even looking from the outside; can't imagine what the inside looks like.

Multiple (5) Interviews in-person, via phone, virtual, assessments, very time consuming and grossly disrespectful of the candidate's time. The assessment process was four hours, some via computer and the others a literal folder of memos to review and determine what to do with.
