The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2009
Interview
Since this was a franchaise location, the supervisor called me and asked me to come in. There she already had the forms to fill out and ready for me to train right then and there.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
