I applied online and the manager emailed me the same day and asked me to come in for an interview. I came in and I was offered a coffee. I sat down with HR and the manager. She was really chill and generally wanted to connect with me. Then I called back a week later and I had the job!

Would you be able to handle the chaos of working during rush hours and deal with drama?
easy interview, mostly behavioral questions about past jobs and how i am able to with in this enviornment. they reviewed my resume and asked me questions based on it. then they asked me how i work under stress.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
