there is none, you literally come in( after you buy a white collared shirt and jeans with your own money) and they throw you to the wolves no training, in my case I started there on my first day had about an hour of teaching from someone else and they left and I was on my own to close the store and work there for the next six hours without knowing what the heck I was doing
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
