Interview
I came in and was asked to do computer testing. The questions were related to food safety, how to clean items properly and how to properly make coffee. This process took about an hour. Next, the hiring person had me take a quiz on paper after doing the online work/test. After, she went over the correct answers and why they were the correct answers and asked about my personality and personal life. She seemed to really like me and asked if I was willing to work at other locations. I answered yes, and she said the manager from that location would give me a call.

What would you do if a customer got really mad at you due to you making a mistake in their order?
easy interview, mostly behavioral questions about past jobs and how i am able to with in this enviornment. they reviewed my resume and asked me questions based on it. then they asked me how i work under stress.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
