Interview questions [1]
Question 1
have you worked in fast food/ fast paced before and where was it?
It was a good interview.
They asked good questions. Availability was respected. The interview flowed nicely. The manager was nice. This was for a new store
I got the job
Super easy interview. They asked about previous barista experience, customer service tactics, conflict resolution strategies etc…the location’s General Manager did the interview along with the assistant manager. If you have previous barista experience, the interview is more of a personality fit assessment than anything else.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (New York, NY)

Simple scenario and background questions. The interview lasted 10 minutes and I was offered a job the following day. Dunkin training doesn’t really happen at the store there is an online portal with recorded Dunkin videos for training purposes.
