Applied online ,called 1 week after for an interview.Asked about the interest, previous experiences.Eventhough i didnt have much experience, but the recruiter gave me the job. He asked whether I have the drivers licensce, since i dont have at that time ,he asked are u planning to take licensce in the near future. Also asked about anu previous exposure to customer service settings or any food services.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
