Interview
I was called by a manager then given an interview. I went it and pretty much was hired on the spot. A few questions were asked like can you work overtime? Can you work any time of the day? that sort of thing. The whole process took about 15 minutes.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
