I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Sterling, VA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The store was short on staff and a new manager had been hired a few days before I applied, so my situation may have been a little different from others.
This was my first job so I had no experience with applications/interviews, but the process was very easy. I went into the store to apply, but the staff working there told me to apply online. That same day I applied online and truthfully answered the questions and provided the info required. My only complaints are that he questions often repeated, the test took about 30 minutes to complete, and it was based on your personality rather than work ethic. About two days later the manager called me and asked me to come in for a interview the next day.
My interview was at 11 AM and I was there 10 minutes early, something I suggest all potential employees do. My manager was a very nice woman and just asked me questions like have I had any work experience, how far do I live, what hours I can work, ect. Very general part-time job questions. She told me on the spot I was hired.
easy interview, mostly behavioral questions about past jobs and how i am able to with in this enviornment. they reviewed my resume and asked me questions based on it. then they asked me how i work under stress.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
